How does MyMealOrder for Vendors work for meal ordering?
Vendors or administrators add food items, create meals, and schedule menus that users can order. Users can be students or guardians, or staff members. An order deadline can be set up daily, weekly, or monthly to limit orders to be placed by a certain day and time.
Users create a free account to add their students and themselves (if applicable) to their accounts. Once a user is logged in, scheduled meals and items are available for meal ordering. Users can order in a week view or a month view and can place an order for as many dates as desired for all users on the account at once. Users can easily see what meals have been purchased for each student in a calendar view.
MyMealOrder will generate reports for Vendor to see which student ordered what meal on what date and give a “pick ticket” with quantities of each item ordered for the date range. This capability makes it easy to plan exactly how much food to prepare for each day. MyMealOrder offers a full suite of order and revenue reports for easy order tracking, accountability, and future planning.
