Milana started her professional career in broadcast media business in Moscow, Russia. After spending several years in a managerial role in business development with a major television network, she moved to the United States, where she received a law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2004. She spent the next sixteen years of her career practicing law and working in higher education administration with a law school.
When an opportunity to join Nutri-Link Technologies came along in 2020, Milana knew that it was the perfect fit, as it allowed her to fully apply all aspects of her professional skillset in Education Technology, an area that she is very passionate about.
At Nutri-Link Technologies, Milana oversees legal risk management and compliance as well as spearheads special projects with her current focus being on developing marketing and business strategy for the company’s four lead products: CurbSmart, MyMealOrder, OnlineSchoolFees, and Nutri-Cloud. In addition to a law degree, Milana holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Romance-Germanic Literature and Linguistics from the Bashkir State University, Russia. She is admitted to the practice of law in the States of New York and Georgia.
In her spare time, Milana enjoys playing tennis, attending art events, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Since high school, Michael Lobato has been energized by challenging business problems and the pursuit of innovative technology solutions. This passion led him to study computer science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas before beginning his career in information technology and programming for federal and Local governments.
Since 1995, when Michael was promoted to manage a four-year school nutrition project, he has worked exclusively in the K-12 school nutrition industry. In the late nineties, after being recruited by a leading school food service software company to manage an even larger support team and having worked as both software provider and school district customer, consulting became a natural path. In 2001, Michael assembled a great technology and support team, and launched Nutri-Link Technologies.
In addition to being a technology addict, Michael is an avid sports fan with a competitive spirit. He loves to run and participated in many half and full marathons before a serious leg injury in 2010. He still enjoys biking, and rides at least once a week. When Michael is not on the job, he can be found enjoying life on the lake or traveling the world, adding to over 29 passport stamps, including China, Russia, and Turkey… not to mention major cities and small towns in over forty states.
The commitment to innovation and continuous improvement is a tenet of Nutri-Link’s culture, and part of Shannon’s DNA. He was already immersed in technology before heading off to the University of West Georgia to study Computer Systems, recognizing the opportunity to improve business and enhance everyday life through software systems.
Shannon was quickly recruited by a leading school technology provider and made himself an indispensable team member by diving into all aspects of the business, from tech support, R&D, and testing, to implementation and network administration. The broad expertise he developed over the next several years prepared him to take on an even bigger challenge as a business leader and partner. After helping to launch Nutri-Link Technologies, Shannon never looked back. He continues to leverage his technical expertise and business interest to improve School Nutrition. He enjoys designing and overseeing product development at Nutri-Link.
Today, Shannon is even more enthusiastic about current technologies in development for school nutrition management, but he saves some enthusiasm for his golf game.
Brent began his professional career in technical support with a Fortune 1000 company and was quickly promoted into a project management role. This opportunity allowed him to gain valuable experience with both aspects of the technology partnership collaboration where he interfaced with developers and engineers on the provider-side and helped empower end-users on the client-side. Brent was a natural fit for Nutri-Link and joined the organization in its early years to assist with sales and software implementation.
Today, his focus is on daily operations in the areas of customer onboarding, support, DevOps, project management and identifying opportunities for growth. His recommendations for enhancements and extensions have helped shape and lead some of Nutri-Link’s key products such as CurbSmart, Nutri-Cloud, Nutri-Form, and Nutri-Status.
Brent received his degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University. He has achieved multiple professional certifications throughout his career. Outside of working on solutions for Nutri-Link’s customers, Brent spends his off-time with his wife and two boys. He enjoys college football, golf, and serving at his local church.
Throughout high school and in her early work experiences, Kim Entrekin has always had a strong aspiration for helping the people around her and in her community. This ambition has led her on many different journeys throughout her life and job titles, thus landing her at Nutri-Link Technologies.
In 2011, Kim joined the Team as a key person for customer service and communication. Through the years, she has been able to define and create the role of Director of Customer Services and bring other people on board to create the best customer service experience for Nutri-Link Technologies. She handles many of the daily operations including customer communication, scheduling implementations, trainings, and building relationships within her team and each customer with a smile. Within the company, Kim also assists in helping with different projects.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time in her garden, volunteering at her local church, and enjoying the outdoors. She and her husband Jonathan have 4 beautiful daughters and 2 granddaughters.
As a Senior Product Manager at Nutri-Link Technologies, Rachel has the privilege of combining two of her passions – problem solving and helping others. Her curious spirit began at an early age, and it continued to develop while studying Mathematics at LaGrange College, and when pursuing her Master’s in Mathematics at Auburn University.
After graduating, Rachel began her career at a software company in the construction management sector, where she learned how to listen to customers and design tools and services to meet their needs. After several years, Rachel took her next step in her career and joined the team at Nutri-Link Technologies. Discovering ways to innovate Nutri-Link’s products and services to meet the needs of its growing customer base is what Rachel enjoys the most.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys serving with her church, working out at her local CrossFit gym, and going on adventures with her husband and daughter.
