CurbSmart adds AfterSchool and Billing Modules
Nutri-Link Technologies is excited to announce new features recently added to CurbSmart, our online afterschool dismissal management solution. These capabilities will help our customers streamline their after-school care processes and payments.
Below are some of the NEW features that are now available in CurbSmart.
Before and After School Care Module
- Integrates directly with CurbSmart Dismissal
- Easy student check in and check out via a smartphone, tablet, or browser
- Check in and check out is available for multiple activities
- Filtered views allow after-school staff to see only students in their classroom
- Visual and sound notifications on counselor devices when parents arrive
- Parents can check in via the mobile app upon arrival
- Collect e-signatures from parent and guardians
- Reports show check in and check out history (daily, weekly, or monthly)
Billing Module
- Integrates directly with CurbSmart to create invoices for Before/After School Care
- Create an invoice for one or multiple students in the same family for any of your billing items
- Ability to setup autopay for billing, payments can be made automatically on the due date
- Parents can pay for or view current and past invoices online
- Billing reports show paid and unpaid invoices
- Email reminders for unpaid invoices
- Invoice payments can be paid in-person at the school if desired
- Registration module is coming soon!
