Nutri-Link Signs 10-State Privacy Agreement

Nutri-Link Technologies has signed a data privacy agreement with The Education Cooperative Student Data Privacy Alliance (TEC SDPA).

TEC SDPA was founded in 2017 to provide school districts with administrative and legal support for negotiating privacy terms with software vendors. All Nutri-Link products are now posted to the SDPA Registry as “approved for use” by participating districts in the following ten states: Massachusetts, Maine, Missouri, New Hampshire, Ohio, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Virginia.

The agreement outlines vendor responsibilities for protecting student data in compliance with all federal privacy laws, including FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, and all applicable state laws. Learn more about TEC SCPA here.
