Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on what Free and Reduced system you are using. If you are using Mosaic, Nutrikids, Websmartt, OneSource, Solana, PCS, or Comalex it could take up to 24 hours for the status to be updated in NutriCloud. If you are using any other Free and Reduced system or no Free and Reduced system at all then the status of the application will update immediately.
In Nutri-Cloud go to Menu > Setup > District Settings > Letters. You should find your eligibility letters under the Letter to Household. Once you have made updates, click Save at the bottom.
